this script reads in a sample file at our lowest level of sampling resolution and outputs mean abundance (mab), occupancy (occ) and presence/absence files (pa) in sample (s) and matrix (m) formats, at all larger scales. Also outputs a file with plot structure, and the data for species area curves. NOT YET FULLY COMMENTED, NEEDS README ABOUT FILE NAMING AND DIRECTORY NAMES - COMING SOON.
